Email us at support@minonna.app. We aim to reply within a few business days.
Please include:
- The email address on your MiNonna account
- Your device type and OS version (e.g. iPhone, iOS 18)
- App version (if you know it)
- A short description of the problem and what you expected to happen
Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. To change or cancel a plan, use your store’s subscription settings (not the support email for refunds or store billing disputes).
- iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
